FOUNDATION LOOKING TO EXPAND ITS STAFF TEAM!

The Huddersfield Town Foundation is expanding its staff team, with a number of exciting opportunities now open to applications!

It’s an exciting time to join the registered charity of Huddersfield Town as it celebrates 10 years of making a difference in Kirklees.

The Foundation continues to grow its delivery and is now looking to recruit si full-time staff to support that expansion.

Whether you’re experienced working in schools, have a background in marketing and communications or are keen to get stuck into mentoring work, there may be something for you.

PRIMARY STARS MANAGER

The post holder will support the development of the Primary Stars programme, expanding the number of schools with which we partner while also managing direct delivery staff and working alongside the whole organisation.

The Business Support Assistant will work across all departments in the organisation to support and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, are well organised, and are resourced to the benefit of the wider team.

FUNDRAISING EXECUTIVE – PARTNERSHIPS

The Fundraising Executive – Partnerships will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Income Generation and Partnerships, the Fundraising Executive – Events and other members of the Huddersfield Town Foundation’s Senior Leadership Team to achieve the fundraising targets associated with the Foundation’s Strategy, Fundraising Policy, operational plans, objectives, and values.

HEAD OF INCOME GENERATION AND PARTNERSHIPS

The Head of Income Generation and Partnerships will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer, and other members of the Huddersfield Town Foundation’s Senior Leadership Team by leading the communications and marketing strategies for the organisation as well as developing and delivering income generation from a broad range of sources that help ensure the sustainability of the organisation.

MEDIA MANAGER

The Media Manager will support the Foundation to promote its activities to a range of current and potential audiences.

The post holder will develop and implement communication that will deliver meaningful increased awareness for the Huddersfield Town Foundation, across Kirklees and Yorkshire, that enhances the organisation’s reputation and brand.

PREMIER LEAGUE KICKS MENTOR

The Huddersfield Town Foundation will deliver a specific structured targeted intervention around self-development, ways in which to become more resilient, the cause and effect of our actions, coping with transition, goal setting, and personal development.

The post holder will work with young people for six to 12 weeks with the intention of introducing and reinforcing protective factors to reduce the risk of them becoming involved in the criminal justice system.

SECONDARY SCHOOLS MANAGER

Premier League Inspires is an education programme, developed by the Premier League and professional football clubs and newly added to the Huddersfield Town Foundation’s portfolio in September 2022.

Working closely with partner agencies, the post holder will attend meetings and strategic forums, gathering and sharing relevant information as required. The post holder will also support education providers to develop approaches that build young people’s resilience, provide inspiration and aspiration, while also developing the ability to recognise risk and prevent exploitation.
