Strikes Cs Helps Town Foundation

Strikes Collection Services is helping to raise awareness of the work the Town Foundation undertakes across our community using the Club’s Player Sponsorship packages.

Strikes CS, the Huddersfield-based credit control company, has decided to sponsor Town defenders Mark Hudson and Joel Lynch for the remainder of the 2014/15 campaign.

The Strikes CS logo will adorn Hudson’s page in the match day magazine Give Us An H, his profile on htafc.com and appear on the Big Screen, but the company has decided to donate Lynch’s sponsorship to the Town Foundation.

Lynch is a big ambassador for the Town Foundation, regularly visiting schools involved in the charity’s pioneering ‘Early Kick-Off’ project that now serves over 1,000 healthy and nutritious breakfasts to young people across our region, and now – thanks to Strikes CS – he will continue to raise the charity’s profile on a match day.

This isn’t the first time that Strikes CS has made a big contribution to the Town Foundation; hundreds of local children watched the Terriers play Sheffield Wednesday at the John Smith’s Stadium thanks to the company. Click HERE for further info.

The Town Foundation’s Fundraising Manager Mandy Taylor commented:

“Strikes CS has been a staunch supporter of the Town Foundation for some time now and this generous donation is the latest example of that.

“On behalf of the charity, I would like to thank Chris Bane and the team at Strikes CS for once again helping to raise awareness of the important work the charity carries out across our region to improve the lives of children and young people.”

Town’s Senior Commercial Manager Tracy Nelson added:

“The Club’s relationship with Strikes CS is based upon our shared awareness of social responsibility and it’s no surprise to me that Chris and his team have decided to do this.

“We believe our Player Sponsorship packages carry many great benefits for businesses in terms of building brand awareness and it’s great that this will now benefit the Town Foundation.”
