TOMORROW’S TERRIERS YOUNGSTERS MEET FIRST TEAM PLAYERS

Harry Toffolo and Andy King visited the Town’s Foundation’s Tomorrow’s Terriers Football Camps as part of the February half-term event.

34 children met Harry Toffolo and Andy King at the first day of the Town Foundation’s Tomorrow’s Terriers Football Camps.

As part of the day, children participated in fixtures and skill development sessions, as well as taking part in a Q&A session with Toffolo and King before receiving signed player cards.

Throughout the week more players will be getting involved, so if you attend the sessions, you don’t know who you might meet!

The sessions, which run between until Friday 21 February 2020 at Leeds Road Sports Complex HD2 1YY, are an opportunity for youngsters to develop their football skills, have fun and keep them occupied during the holidays.

Participants are rewarded throughout the day using Foundation’s ‘Working Class Club’ certification scheme.

Spaces are still available for the rest of the week, as well as potential for further player visits, with sessions running from 10am to 3pm at a cost of £12 per day.

To get involved, visit the website of Kirklees Active Leisure (www.kal.org.uk) or call on 01484 766 131. For further information, please contact Community Coach, Jordan Wimpenny at Jordan.wimpenny@htafcfoundation.com.

Don’t forget to bring your shin pads, appropriate footwear, plenty to drink and a packed lunch!
