BACCA & CHRIS SURPRISE CHILDREN AT BREAKFAST CLUB!

Juninho Bacuna and Chris Willock surprised children at one of the Town Foundation’s Early-Kick-Off Breakfast Clubs.
The pair got up extra early to inspire students at Netherhall St James Infant & Nursery School and supported the excellent work the Town Foundation does in the local community.
The dynamic duo signed autographs for the youngsters, spoke to them about football and their favourite subjects and threw themselves into the ‘Wake Up Shake Up’ morning routine!
The children were very excited to talk to the recent goal scorers about how to score a perfect goal.
Netherhall St James Infant & Nursery School is just one of the 41 Breakfast Clubs that are in operation around the local area. To date over 1.7 million breakfasts have been served.
The Town Foundation’s Fundraising Coordinator Lisa Bottomley commented:
“It was fantastic to see Chris and Juninho visit to one of the Town Foundation’s Early Kick-Off Breakfast Clubs.
“The pair were keen to get involved and support the work that the Club does in the community.
“The children were really excited to meet some of their heroes and quizzed the players on football – they were also really interested in Juninho’s hair!
“Having the support of the players is really important to Town Foundation; they really help to raise the profile of the brilliant work that goes on every morning across the region.”
It costs £140,000 per year to operate the breakfast clubs and to make such a big difference in the local community.
