VACANCY: JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN NCS TEAM LEADER!

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Huddersfield Town Foundation as an NCS Team Leader, ahead of the Foundation’s inaugural summer programme scheduled to take place in 2020.

In this role you will play a key role in supporting a group of up to 16 young people (15-17 years old) through the NCS journey, which includes one outwards bound residential week, one university based residential and a further two weeks of projects and workshops in the Kirklees area.

Reporting to the NCS Manager, you will have relevant experience working with young people, preferably in the 15-17 age bracket, and be educated to a good standard.

In addition, you will have the ability to plan and organise group activities, and a working knowledge of the NCS Programme would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be expected to be a positive ambassador for Huddersfield Town AFC and the Huddersfield Town Foundation, and to consistently adhere to the Huddersfield Town Foundation Code of Conduct.

£1,300 – £1,500 per wave (including holiday pay)

Variable hours (20 days across the four weeks of the programme)

Fixed term for four consecutive weeks per wave, plus additional mandatory training

Safeguarding
