FUTURE FOUNDATION – HAVE YOUR SAY VIA OUR ONLINE SURVEY!

This summer the Huddersfield Town Foundation is taking some time to think about the future, creating a strategic plan that will act as a guide through the next five years.

As part of this, we want to hear what you think. We’re asking for your thoughts on the Foundation and our work, and how we can best communicate and connect with our community.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to fill in our online survey, which can be filled in via Survey Monkey by clicking HERE. Everybody that completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw.

Founded in 2012, the Town Foundation is the registered charity of Huddersfield Town and works across five key themes: Education, Health, Inclusion, Sport and Trust Fund.

It launched with the first ‘Early Kick-Off’ Breakfast Club at Christchurch Academy and that scheme has now grown to accommodate 41 Clubs across Kirklees. It has also served more than two million free breakfasts to local children.

In addition, the Foundation has now grown its programme portfolio extensively to support people of all ages and backgrounds.

Our staff work in primary and secondary schools in addition to facilitating our own college and degree level programmes.

Community-based sport is also key to our provision, with national programme Premier League Kicks, Half Term Football Camps, a Female Player Development Centre and Tomorrow’s Terriers all on the agenda.

Health is a growing strand of delivery, with projects including Weight Management, a Walking Group, Walking Football and Sporting Memories.

The survey will take no longer than five minutes and will allow us to hear from a diverse range of voices, one of them being yours! Please also feel free to share with friends, family and colleagues. The closing date for submissions is Wednesday 30 June.

The strategy review comes at a perfect time with 2022 marking its 10-year anniversary. Keep an eye out for further information on how we plan to celebrate the occasion later this year!

As always, if you wish to find out more about the Town Foundation and its work you are more than welcome to get in touch.
