Tinsel Town

Tinsel Town is Huddersfield Town Foundation’s annual Christmas campaign. This year, we're bringing the community together to help tackle loneliness and social isolation across Kirklees during the festive season.

While Christmas can be a time of joy and celebration, it can also be one of the most difficult times of the year for many people. Through Tinsel Town, the Foundation is raising vital funds to support individuals who may feel isolated, disconnected or in need of extra support during the winter months.

Donations to the campaign help the Foundation continue delivering programmes that encourage connection, improve wellbeing and create opportunities for people to come together throughout the year. Funds also support a range of festive events that provide meaningful experiences and ensure local people can enjoy the spirit of Christmas in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

By supporting Tinsel Town, you are helping Huddersfield Town Foundation use the power of OUR club to bring people together, strengthen OUR community and ensure that more people across OUR TOWN can GROW, THRIVE and BELONG this Christmas and beyond.

It’s easy to get involved with Tinsel Town. One of the best ways to support the campaign is by attending our Christmas Carol Concert, a festive evening that brings the community together while raising vital funds to help tackle loneliness across Kirklees.

Ticket Price: £5 per person

In addition to the Carol Concert, the Foundation will be hosting a range of community events throughout the festive period. These include a SEND Christmas Disco for children with special educational needs and disabilities, a Generational Lunch bringing together participants from across our programmes, and a Christmas Movie Event at the Accu Stadium for local schools.
