Huddersfield Town Owner Kevin Nagle and First Team Manager Lee Grant visited the Foundation's Heart of the Town session, during EFL Week of Action, to speak to participants about the programme.

Lee Grant also spoke to the group about the importance of nutrition and the role it plays in preparing Town's first team for a match day.

Heart of the Town is a 12-week programme aimed at men aged 18 and over in Kirklees to help educate them on the importance of diet and nutrition; safe alcohol use; diabetes; weight management and mental health, all risk factor associated with cardiovascular disease.

Participants experience a blend of physical activity and classroom-based learning led by guest health and wellbeing experts as well as Huddersfield Town Foundation staff.
