G.O.A.L.S. (Gain Opportunities and Life Skills) is a project funded by the Triangle Trust which supports women serving custodial sentences towards meaningful and sustained employment.
Borne out of our work delivering the Twinning Project, the G.O.A.L.S. project addresses potential barriers to employment for people who are due for release. The project offers advice, upskilling and signposting to give participants the knowledge and network they need to secure a fulfilling role.
Our Employability and Life Skills Mentor delivers the project in HMP New Hall, who we have been partnered with since 2021.
G.O.A.L.S. also provides voluntary placements of up to 35 hours for referred young people at high risk of offending.
