BID ON MAGIC ROCK BREWING BRANDED HUDDERSFIELD TOWN SHIRTS NOW!

Supporters can now bid on match worn Huddersfield Town shirts bearing the Magic Rock Brewing logo, with proceeds being donated to the Town Foundation!

Born and brewed in Huddersfield, Magic Rock sponsored Town’s Sky Bet Championship win over Watford in December 2020 with Fraizer Campbell and an own goal earning the Terriers the three points.

They have now kindly donated a selection of the shirts to the club’s registered charity for auction, which is now live on eBay and can be found HERE.

Money raised will enter the Town Foundation’s unrestricted funding pot, meaning it can be used on any of its projects across a range of sectors including the 41 ‘Early Kick-Off’ Breakfast Clubs.

Examples also include Mental Health Football, an initiative that supports those that have been affected through weekly sessions and Sporting Memories, which provides a forum for those at risk of isolation to meet new people and reminisce.

On the initiative Richard Burhouse, Founder and CEO of Magic Rock Brewing said:

“Being a lifelong Town fan I was delighted to see Magic Rock feature on the front of the club’s shirts earlier this season.

As a business we’ve always been keen to support charities and knowing the work the Town Foundation does with local people of all ages and backgrounds, this seemed like the perfect fit.

I hope this auction can raise a significant amount of money and make a real impact locally.”

Lisa Bottomley, Fundraising Executive at the Town Foundation added:

“My thanks go to Richard and the team at Magic Rock for this very kind gesture, which will raise vital funds in support of our work across Kirklees.

At the Foundation we’re proud to have developed relationships with a range of local businesses and look forward to working with them all going forwards.”

All shirts are match-worn and washed. Shirts will be posted (postage charges apply) or click and collect is available. The 13 lots close between 12pm and 3pm on Wednesday 12 May 2021.
