PREMIER LEAGUE KICKS

WHAT IS PREMIER LEAGUE KICKS?

We have delivered the Premier League Kicks programme since 2018 and have engaged with thousands of young people to encourage them to take part in positive activities.

PL Kicks uses the power of football to support young people aged 8-18 living in Kirklees by providing free, open access sports sessions across the district.

By engaging young people in a variety of sessions, we ensure that they:

  • Have more opportunities to play

  • Enhance their physical and mental wellbeing

  • Thrive within a culture of volunteering and positive role models

  • Develop pro-social attitudes

  • Access pathways into education, training, and employment
