Looking for a new challenge? The Huddersfield Town Foundation is excited to be recruiting its very first Active Through Football Programme Manager!

The programme’s aim is to deliver a wide range of physical activities to those aged 18+ in Dewsbury, north Kirklees.

As such, the successful applicant must have an understanding of Dewsbury and the challenges that its community faces, helping to build a rapport and level of trust.

Funded by the Football Foundation and Sport England, the programme requires the post holder to have a good standard of education at level 3 (A Level) or higher.

A degree or equivalent in health and fitness or another related field is desirable.

You must have a proven track record of successfully engaging with and influencing individuals and groups within a community, combined with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop others, including members of staff.

Experience of preparing and managing budgets and delivering multiple projects is also essential.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications

Working hours: 35+ hours per week

Contract: Fixed term for three years in the first instance
