Our Children in Care programme provides mentoring and group activities for students in primary, secondary or higher education who are care-experienced.
This is delivered in partnership with Kirklees Council's Leaving Care Team, as well as in secondary schools across the district.
Through this programme, we help each young person identify their own personal goals and support them in mapping out how to achieve these.
