We have delivered the Premier League Kicks programme since 2018 and have engaged with thousands of young people to encourage them to take part in positive activities.
PL Kicks was originally launched as a collaboration between the Premier League and the Metropolitan Police to create safer and more inclusive communities. Today, 90 clubs across the Premier League, English Football League and National League work with 36 police forces to provide young people with access to free weekly football sessions and education workshops in safe and supportive community environments.
By engaging young people in a variety of sessions, we ensure that they:
Have more opportunities to play
Enhance their physical and mental wellbeing
Thrive within a culture of volunteering and positive role models
Develop pro-social attitudes
Access pathways into education, training, and employment
